Amidst the ongoing campaign for Lok Sabha elections here in Dhanbad ,the district administration has filed  an FIR  against BJP candidate Dhulu Mahto for his alleged violation of model code of conduct  With this list of cases pending against the BJP candidate has crossed half a century mark.  The Baghmara MLA had organized an election rally at Pathrakuli Football Ground under Dhansar Police Station without taking prior   permission from the concerned authorities for this rally. After the video of this rally of BJP candidate went viral on social media on April 16 , Dhanbad Sadar Circle Officer(CO) Shashikant Sinkar ordered Dhanbad Revenue Deputy Inspector Devendra Kumar to investigate the matter. Devendra Kumar has submitted his report to the Circle Officer and on the basis of this CO  filed a case at Dhansar Police Station  against the BJP candidate. Besides Dhulu Mahto, five others who organised the rally also have been named in the FIR.  Sona Rajak, Manoj Chauhan, Binod Chauhan, Sanjay Chauhan and Bunty Singh have also been included in the FIR. Its worth mentioning that  voting is  to be held in Dhanbad Lok Sabha constituency on 25th May.This happens to be the first case of violation of model code of conduct in Dhanbad during the current phase of elections.
